With a robust background in real estate and business, Micah Munro brings a wealth of experience and proven success to the leadership team. Over 15 years of selling real estate in downtown Toronto, Micah consistently ranked in the top 1% for approximately 10 of those years. During this time, Micah grew a dynamic team from just an assistant and himself into a fully functional unit of 12 members, which included full-time assistants, a team operations manager, inside sales representatives, and multiple Realtors.
Early in his career, Micah benefited from the coaching expertise of the Richard Robbins Real Estate coaching company. Seeking further development, he joined the Tom Ferry organization and worked under the mentorship of Mary Jet, who helped him implement foundational systems and processes. For accelerated growth, Micah collaborated directly with Tom Ferry and later with Bill Pipes, integrating BoomTown for online lead generation.
Micah’s coaching journey came full circle when he was hired as a coach by the Tom Ferry organization, where he guided 20 to 30 clients, with 90% achieving significant success. His coaching efforts helped many clients reach their goals and surpass expectations.
In addition to real estate, Micah applied his business acumen to several entrepreneurial ventures, including owning a marketing company that automated email marketing for REALTORS®. Drawing from the marketing and sales systems he had refined throughout his career; he successfully scaled these businesses. Micah also brings extensive experience in owning, renovating, and managing multi-unit residential properties, further deepening his expertise in investment properties and business operations.
Currently, Micah coaches for Bill Pipes and G3 Nation, an elite coaching organization focused on creating seven-figure earners. G3 Nation, led by Bill Pipes, emphasizes mastery in real estate sales and business growth. To become a G3 coach, candidates must have earned over $1 million in a single year in real estate—a milestone Micah proudly achieved. G3 coaches are held to the highest standards, leveraging advanced strategies to help clients achieve and exceed seven-figure income targets.
At this stage of his life, Micah finds fulfillment in giving back through coaching and mentorship, helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
A personal triumph he holds close is celebrating 18 years of sobriety, a journey that has strengthened his dedication, resilience, and commitment to continuous growth.
